Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, here is our complete exchange, return, and refund policy.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to contact us and initiate a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@futuratrend.com.

3. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must:

  • Not have been used
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the order form

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene items (body jewelry, etc.) once unsealed
  • Sale items or items on final promotion

5. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@futuratrend.com or via WhatsApp at +33 6 85 31 47 03, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will respond within 48 to 72 hours with return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

6. Refund

Once your return is received and verified, we will notify you by email. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another model or size, please contact us. Subject to availability, we will do our best to satisfy you.

8. Defective or Incorrect Item

If you have received a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
